The Congress took place in St Petersburg on October 20, 2022, in an online format. The agenda of the Congress in 2022 was “Lean manufacturing and quality management of the new technological paradigm”. The congress focused on the challenges of finding the most rational measures to improve the productivity of domestic enterprises and organisations. Leading experts in the implementation of high-performance technology as well as organisational improvement and lean production methods discussed future ways to reduce costs, improve process efficiency and ensure quality, while experts from Concern R-Pro presented at the Congress their solutions for cost reduction and increase of productivity.
